Project Management Training

Courses on Project Management and certification will start in December 2005. Our online courses are offered at two levels:

° PM 101 - an Introductory level course for beginners

° PM 201 - an Advanced level course for experienced managers

The courses cover the various aspects of the project life cycle - initiation, planning, control, execution, and close out - as they relate to the following Knowledge Areas and teach managers to complete projects on time, on budget and as per specified scope:

° Module 1 - Project Integration Management
° Module 2 - Project Scope Management
° Module 3 - Project Time Management
° Module 4 - Project Cost Management
° Module 5 - Project Quality Management
° Module 6 - Project Human Resources Management
° Module 7 - Project Communication Management
° Module 8 - Project Risk Management
° Module 9 - Project Procurement Management

Both 101 and 201 level courses contain each of the above 9 modules. The beginner's level course can be completed in 2-3 months, while the 201 level course can be completed in 6-8 months.
